Yummy Anti Candida Cookie and Salad Recipe

Here in this article, I am going to fulfill the request for a “tried and true” candida cookie recipe. It goes something like this below.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup ground almonds (I did mine in the coffee grinder);
3/4 cup Quinoa;
2 tablespoons butter;
1 egg;
1/4 teaspoon baking powder;
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, handful of chopped nuts

I also put some stevia to taste. Roll in balls, flatten with fork, and bake about 10 minutes at 350. This will probably only make you about a half dozen cookies, but just make a small batch and adjust the recipe to suit your tastes. Try adding some oatmeal, too. They aren’t bad and my husband liked them. Lastly, here is for roasting the vegetables. Cut up an assortment of vegetables into chunks. You can add carrots, parsnips, potatoes (limit these); brussels, roma tomatoes (quartered), etc. Throw them into a bowl and douse liberally with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper or anything else that appeals for variety (a little curry powder, perhaps?). Toss and then spread in one layer on an oiled cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Test with fork for done-ness.

Also, here is a yummy salad I always make. I love the taste, so you should try this, too!

Ingredients:
Baby spinach
Chopped onions
Chopped garlic (1-3 cloves)
Chopped ginger root
1 – 2 scrambled eggs

For the dressing, I use olive oil, lime juice, real salt (or sea salt), and parsley. I often bake 1 -2 red potatoes and spread coconut oil on them with some real salt and parsley. Red potatoes seem to be ok with me.
