Work Our Way to Take Back Responsibility for Our Health

With the point of view about taking back responsibility for our health, I recall that I also had to work my way to that point. It seems to you that some days you are better at it than others. Each of us has a different set of experiences to bring to a situation, for some, realizing that taking responsibility for health or anything else is new and foreign. I generally find good results when I ask people questions or feedback what I “hear” as a possible deeper meaning in their complaint or issue.

For me, shattering illusion had been a focus. If you have candidiasis, it is obviously part of work to know how it came to be and how to resolve it. Maybe you hear “fear” when someone tells you their throat is closing, and head and heart not on the same page. I know we unwittingly caused the candida in our body by believing things I was shown and always believed in, now I find they no longer work for me. Isnt it wonderful to have the opportunity to learn new things, better things, no matter how you get there?

We heal ourselves by our beliefs and own efforts, no matter what modality is used, either it is prayer, proper eating, reiki, or whatever. It is still ultimately up to us to choose health, vitality, and positive mind. No matter how we get there, sometimes being angry (motivationally dissatisfied) moves us to make a change, or sometimes being ill moves us to make a change, and sadly, some of us will never change because we depend upon others too much. I had been there and moving on since that didn’t work very well in this instance.
