Consider Liver Flushes and Cleanses for Constipation

This is what my friend is taking along with the detox for her constipation: 3 fiber laxatives pills in the morning and at night, 4 stool softeners in the morning and at night, and she is drinking a big glass of benefiber in the morning as well, and she is still not going maybe once a day at best.

What I wanted to say is that you have to get off the laxatives and stool softeners! If you over use them, it is my understanding that you will not only risk dehydration, but also the colon becomes unable to contract on its own, so your problems will just get worse. I was severely constipated, too. Stop it if you are drinking any caffeine because it dehydrates you. You should be drinking 6 to 8 glasses of the purest water you can daily.

If you can, get to bed by 10 pm, up between 6 and 7 am. Drink two glasses of warm water with lemon in the second glass, wait 30 minutes, and eat a light breakfast by 8. Eat your main meal between noon and 1 pm, with dinner between 6 and 7 pm. Cutting back or stopping meats will help, too. Our bodies go through different cycles throughout the day. Stop drinking cold liquids. Drink a glass of water 30 minutes before eating, none with your meal if you can. Half a teaspoon of fresh ginger prior to eating helps digest the food.

I would definitely stop the laxatives and look into a colon cleanse and a liver flush. My constipation ended after getting to bed early, and getting up by 7. I had also done three liver flushes by then too. There’s more that you can do too, but start with the above and see if they help. You need to consider liver flushes and cleanses!
